served as Senior Vice President of Advertising for Launch Media, a digital media company that delivers its content on the Internet at Launch.com, and on a monthly CD-ROM.At Launch, Mohler
was responsible for developing and executing a national advertising sales strategy as well as personal selling, hiring, training, strategic planning, and third party research.In addition, he
was responsible for acquiring several high caliber corporate clients, including Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Levi's, The Gap, and Visa.
Prior to Launch, Mohler
spent 14 years with Landmark Communications, owner of The Weather Channel and The Travel Channel.At Landmark, he
rose from the position of Cable Marketing Manager to the Regional Manager of the Western Region, accountable for national and regional revenue goals, national price and inventory management, department-wide training, and national strategic sales planning.
At Landmark Communications, Mohler
helped launch websites for both The Weather Channel and The Travel Channel.During his
was responsible for selling five media products to Fortune 500 companies in thirteen states, including Nestle, Clorox, Toyota, Honda, Hewlett Packard, and Microsoft.Mohler
graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.He
is a member of numerous advertising clubs and trade associations, including the Los Angeles Advertising Club, San Francisco Advertising Club, Ad Crafters Detroit Ad Club, Software Council of Southern California, and the Venice Interactive Community.
