Dan Lewis | Senior Vice President
has a long and rich history of working with Indian Tribes
to achieve various goals and objectives, ranging from federal legislation to commercial and retail banking needs to investment management requirements.
Dan previously served as Senior Vice President and National Market Executive for Bank of America where he helped the Bank become one of the dominant financial institutions serving Indian Country by coordinating a team that was responsible for lending and syndicating loans totaling more than $13 billion dollars
Prior to joining Bank of America, Dan worked in Washington, D.C. as the Minority Staff Director of the United States Senate Committee on Indian Affairs.
In that capacity, Dan worked closely with Senator McCain and Senator Daniel K. Inouye on landmark legislation, including the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Indian Tax and Employment Incentives, the National Museum of the American Indian and establishing the Tribal Self-Governance Act as a permanent program.
