Prior to his roles at Ernst & Young Dan held the position of Senior Vice President at Bricker and Associates where he served as one of five partners with 40-80 professionals specializing in productivity consulting: process redesign, organization design and technology implementation.
Here he engaged, sold and led a variety of client projects in healthcare, managed care, and manufacturing and database marketing with project teams ranging in size from 2-7 people.
