Dale joined Dyer as a Director in October 2003. His previous experience includes almost twenty years at Building Design Partnership, where he led the practice's working groups on internal processes and envelope technology and latterly became a Director.
Dale has been instrumental in the development of Dyer's quality assured management system - DyerProcess. This ongoing exercise led to the practice being named as AJ100 'Business Achiever of the Year' in 2007. He is particularly knowledgeable and passionate about sustainability issues and spearheaded the company's drive to become ISO 14001 accredited. His career portfolio includes several award-winning, 'green' buildings - including the new campus for Queen Margaret University which is one of only a handful of education buildings in the UK with a BREEAM rating of 'excellent'.
With extensive expertise in leading large teams on projects across a range of market sectors, Dale is skilled at ensuring timely delivery of robust concepts. While seconded to our joint venture company AnshenDyer as Managing Director (2004-2006), he maintained close involvement in the strategic management of the practice's major PFI projects.
