Recently Sulphur Springs ISD Director of Plant Operations Dale Guest took foot-candle measurements all over Prim Stadium under the stadium's old lights.So when the new lighting was installed and began burning, Guest could hardly wait to see the difference.At worst Guest says foot-candles have doubled and in some cases have improved four or five times old levels.The 80 new lights continued their 100-hour burn in process Monday.The 80 lights replace 52 old lights.Guest also has meetings planned with an ESPN lighting specialist and camera expert to prepare for the televised Wildcats September 11 home game against Wichita Falls Rider.
