Drew Malone is an attorney in private practice in Ridgeland, MS. He established the Malone Law Firm in 2011 after 16 years in private practice, with an additional five years of working as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.
Working with the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, Drew's experience included addressing a myriad of legal issues such as drafting legislation, administrative hearings, employee relations, and training of both law enforcement officers and Justice Court Judges.
While in private practice, Drew
defended national multi-million dollar products liability cases involving toxic tort and environmental litigation.
In addition, Drew
has experience in handling a broad range of litigation for plaintiffs and defendants including insurance coverage issues, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, fire and casualty, health and accident, life, automobile, trucking, as well as health related cases.
