Cyrus Skip Marter Senior Vice President General Counsel and Secretary Cyrus Skip Marter, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Mr. Marter was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in October 2016. Cyrus D. Marter IV (7) Marter, Kennedy, and Mizenko were not eligible to receive payouts under the AIP, as they were no longer employed by Forest at the time the payouts were determined. Mr. Marter resigned as an executive officer of Forest effective January 24, 2014. He did not receive a cash payout from the 2013 AIP.
