Crystal Sprague has worked with survivors of abuse for over 8 years and specifically with survivors of trafficking for 3 years, most recently as the Director of My Refuge House, a holistic, trauma-informed program for survivors of commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) in the Philippine Islands. Crystal established My Refuge House's program to meet the complex needs that CSE survivors often face including counseling, education, health, nutrition, livelihood and spiritual needs, in order to decrease their vulnerabilities and allow the participants to obtain a brighter future, free from abuse. Crystal obtained her Masters of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington but currently resides in Southern California.

The Fuller Foundation Welcomes Crystal Sprague The Fuller Foundation Welcomes Crystal Sprague The Fuller Foundation is pleased to announce that Crystal Sprague has joined our team as Client Services Manager. Crystal brings more than 12 years of international and domestic non-profit experience to her position at the Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was Executive Director of My Refuge House, an international anti-trafficking non-profit organization. Crystal was directly responsible for the organization's development, strategic growth, and staff oversight. In addition, she taught workshops and classes on human trafficking including a course at Biola University. She earned a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Church Ministries and Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Crystal will be an integral part of The Fuller Foundation's mission to help individuals, families and organizations develop a charitable giving plan to make the greatest impact with their gifts. Executive Director Crystal oversees the organization's development, strategic growth, and international partnerships. In addition, the My Refuge House operations report directly to Crystal where she provides overall direction to the daily activities and care for the girls at My Refuge House in the Philippines. Previous to becoming Executive Director, Crystal was the Program Director at My Refuge House in the Philippines for two years where she managed the initial build out of the current My Refuge House facilities, hired key staff positions locally, and implemented the trauma-informed programs and approaches to care and rehabilitation that are currently in place in our home. Crystal worked and volunteered with multiple anti-trafficking organizations before joining My Refuge House, including International Justice Mission (IJM). In addition to anti-trafficking work, Crystal is an advocate for warm weather, exploring new cities, over-sized shirts and Vietnamese pho.
