Craig J. Tindall, who oversees Grady clinical operations, has been with the hospital since 1988, when he joined Grady as an administrative resident. An executive healthcare leader with an extensive background in project management, hospital operations and team facilitation, Craig has handled a variety of roles and responsibilities at Grady, including interim executive vice president/chief operating officer, senior vice president of operations and facilities, vice president of general and ancillary services and director of facilities planning. His current responsibilities include executive leadership of the neurosciences, cardiology, oncology and behavioral health service lines, the sickle cell program, the pharmacy, rehab therapy and respiratory therapy clinical support departments and the non-clinical support services division. He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia Hospital Association and Leadership Atlanta, is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and member of the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives. Craig holds a master's degree in both business and hospital administration from Georgia State University and a bachelor of arts degree from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
