Craig Medlyn
Craig Medlyn is the HR Director for the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University since 2012. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins University, he was employed with McCormick & Co. since 1986. During his 26 career at McCormick, he served in a number of roles including HR Director with the US Industrial Group. Prior to joining McCormick, he served on active duty as an Infantry Officer with the U.S. Army and in 2004 he retired from the Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Public Policy from Indiana University - Bloomington and a Masters Degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA) and has served as CHRA President from 1997 - 1998. He later created the Chesapeake Human Resources Foundation and served as President. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from Human Resources Certification Institute. Craig is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Integrace (formerly Episcopal Ministries to the Aging.) and currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee.
