"If all our Joining Points signed up just one new member, that would generate an additional 383 new members for the RYA, who not only get to enjoy all the benefits RYA membership affords, from access to specialist and technical advice to money saving offers; it gives us a bigger share of voice when ensuring that legislators, regulators and other authorities understand, and take account of, recreational boating activity", Conor added.
Existing Joining Points should check that they have enough packs and promotional materials before the start of July and email email@example.com with their Joining Point reference number or the name of their club or organisation to receive further membership forms if required.
Clubs, centres and organisations who wish to sign up as an RYA Joining Point and get involved in the competition can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or for more information or to complete the online application form visit www.rya.org.uk/go/joiningpoint, it's simple to do and completely free.
"Thanks to all our member reward partners that kindly donated prizes for this competition and we hope that lots of our Joining Points get involved and battle it out for the prize", concluded Conor.
