Town's keeper Ross King made a fine double save to keep Town level, before Town's captain Connor Tobin broke clear and fired into the bottom corner from just inside the box.

They pressed forwards but Harry Simonis, Tobin and Roser narrowly missed the target.
Town though to their credit didn't panic and Tobin did what all good captains do, raised his game and finished clinically from eight yards to equalise.
Yet Tobin would have the final say in Town's season as he completed his hat trick to give Town the win they needed.
Forward duo George Roser and captain marvel Connor Tobin for scoring the majority of our goals.
Despite Town having the majority of the possession in the first half, they were only denied when Town's captain Connor Tobin had a brilliant strike from twenty five yards tipped onto the crossbar by Crusaders alert keeper.
Town started the second half on the offensive but George Roser, Tobin and Harry Simonis were unable to beat the keeper.
Just fifteen minutes remained when Tobin ran onto a through ball and calmly fired into the bottom corner to give Town a lifeline.
All three goals were special, Connor's was vital as it gave the whole team a lift and you could see Crusaders feel deflated once that had gone in.
Town's captain Connor Tobin got the all-important opening goal when he beat a couple of defenders before coolly slotting in the bottom corner leaving Robins' goalie stranded. Town grew in confidence and both Roser and Tobin were denied doubling the lead through fine saves from Robin's keeper.
Town finally grabbed a third after a fine goal kick from King found Tobin who burst clear to finish in the bottom corner.
Town dug in deep and had further chances to score through Roser, Connor Tobin and Islam but just could not put one of these away that their first half efforts deserved.
Despite several efforts they just could not grab the goal they needed, whether through excellent goalkeeping, crossbar denying Dan Stewart, goal line clearances, or the ball bobbling at the vital moment as Tobin was about to roll the ball into an empty net.
Town's pressure finally told when the alert Connor Tobin reacted sharpest inside the six yard box and fired in the equaliser after the ball had been cleared off the line twice in an almighty scramble.

This rattled Town who came back strongly and both George Roser and Connor Tobin just fired wide.
Town started the second half strongly as Stewart, Whibley, Tobin and Harry Simonis drove them forwards and they took the lead after a great team goal.

George Roser and Connor Tobin kept battling away and these two dragged Town level after a great run from Tobin to the byline, before delivering an inviting cross to be cleverly finished off by Roser at the back post.
Town though never give up and despite conceding a further goal, Tobin reduced the arrears when he burst through Heath's defence before firing into the bottom corner. Town were now on top but further efforts from Stewart, Roser and Tobin again were frustratingly denied by Heath's outstanding keeper.
Town then had their best spell of the match and driven forward by captain Connor Tobin should have scored more but Tobin, Stewart and Roser were all denied by fine saves.
The best goal of the game though was Town's third when their dominance was finally rewarded after a great run by Tobin ended with a great cross for the arriving Simonis at the back post to clinically finish into the bottom corner that the move deserved.
Tobin then bagged his second and Town's sixth when he rounded the keeper and rolled the ball into the unguarded net.
Dan Stewart was rewarded for his hard work in midfield when he headed in a great cross from Morgan-Rowe. Tobin completed his hattrick when he beat three defenders and the goalie for another great goal from him.
Tobin though saved his and Town's best goal to last when he curled in a free kick from 25 yards over the wall into the top corner for his fourth and Town's tenth, a goal which would have graced any level of football. It was a great team performance again and some of the passing and movement of the ball was exceptional.
For his leadership and four goals Connor Tobin was awarded Leader's Man of the Match.
Starting with the defence, I felt Connor marshalled them superbly winning everything in the air and ball distribution was excellent.
