Her expertise includes 360º feedback, problem-solving, meeting facilitation, mediation, organizational development, on-boarding, leadership training, intervention, strategic planning and workflow design. In her 15+ years working with leaders in the service industry, Connie designed and taught a Management Training Course for Manpower. She also directed the Career and Life Planning Center for Peace College.
Since 1984, Connie has managed Britt/Grant Associates, providing executive coaching, leadership development and career management to a variety of clients, many of whom come from the banking and pharmaceutical industries. Connie has been a member of the executive coaching staff of SC Johnson in Racine, Wisconsin and delivers feedback coaching for Discovery Learning and for the School of Public Health at UNC Chapel Hill.
For six years, Connie provided individual feedback and follow-on coaching to participants of the Center for Creative Leadership's LeaderLab program. Since 1997, Connie has served as a feedback coach for CCL's Leadership Development Program. In both open enrollment and custom designed programs, Connie has worked with leaders of for-profit and non-profit organizations throughout the world. A Board Certified Coach (BCC), Connie earned her B.S. from SUNY-Cortland and M.Ed. in Counseling from NC State University.
She lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Tom. They have three children and three grandchildren. Connie enjoys gardening, reading and hiking. Active in her community, she has served on the Board of Trustees for Peace College and as board chairman for Food Runners Collaborative, a joint venture of The Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and Meals on Wheels.

Connie Grant Connie has been the president/owner of Britt/Grant Associates and Process Advisor for the Center for Creative Leadership. Britt/Grant has been in business since 1984. Connie offers a wide variety of experience including corporate coaching and counseling, 360 feedback, and staff development for major corporations. Connie Grant has also been a partner in Grant Waters Associates since 1998.
