(61) is Premier Foods second oldest employee and has worked for the Company since 1st April 1999. He was born in Germiston on 27th December 1943, married his lovely wife, Delene, in 1971 and they have two daughters, Melise 26 (who also works for Premier Foods), and Lauren 22.Claude became a Colonel in the army, Chairman of the School Board and Deputy Elder in the NG Kerk and firmly believes in seeing things through to the end.He
maintains that if one is going to do something, one must do it well or not at all.Claude started his career as Credit Controller at PG Woods where he worked for 8 years using his strengths in motivating staff, priding himself in setting up effective and efficient procedures.Federated Timbers were fortunate enough to have his dedication for 12 years and after working at The Coal Chain for 10 years, Claude found his way to Premier Foods where he is Group Credit Executive.Claude strives to keep Debtors content and motivated so that they will "part with their money willingly !" He has proven, that a happy Debtor is a paying debtor !
Of great importance to Claude
Debtors staff, which he
affectionately calls the "Lone Rangers" or "Little People" stationed at the depots, mills and bakeries.He
is careful to ensure that they have the necessary support from him in order to remain effective and motivated in their remotely situated venues.
To obtain absolute happiness in life, Claude feels that the key is to marry the correct person.He
own long and happy marriage to Delene as stormy but interesting and feels that a partnership that is constantly evolving is destined to succeed.
