Claude Boiron, co-author of Commercial Real Estate Investing in Canada(Wiley), is a successful Realtor whose primary focus is commercial properties, but he also has extensive residential real estate experience.
While conducting numerous seminars through private employers, and teaching at the University of Toronto
's School of Continuing Studies, he
