"It shows there are opportunities in all areas," Mr. Aaron said.However, double-digit growth in mango sales over the past few years, "even at low prices," still added up to mangos showing up in only 4 percent of the baskets at checkout. What drives demand is education for consumers, he said."We need to show them how to cut a mango," he said.
