Washington, D.C. - Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP announced today that Harry Clark and Clark McFadden, formerly of Dewey & LeBoeuf, have joined the firm's corporate practice as partner and senior counsel, respectively, in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Clark and Mr. McFadden's
experience will help meet the increasingly frequent and important trade issues faced by clients across Orrick's global network of offices.
Mr. McFadden represents corporate clients in international trade, encompassing work in litigation, regulation and legislation.
also practices in international corporate transactions, especially the formation of joint ventures and consortia, and international investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Mr. McFadden has a broad background in foreign affairs and international trade, having experience with Congressional committees, the U.S. Department of Defense and the National Security Council.
Mr. McFadden serves as the secretary to the Board of Directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association and the Semiconductor Research Corporation.
He is also a member of the Steering Committee for Government-Industry Partnerships for the Development of New Technologies of the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences.
