Ms. Clarke is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in Psychology, and prior to playing a key role in the launch of United Atlantic Studios, has spent a number of years in the motion picture funding and production business at Hollywood Next Holdings, primarily in Connecticut.
During that time she
also successfully coordinated the establishment of the Skilled Leader alliance, where she
has collaborated on leadership development, executive coaching, and associated research at Foxwoods Resort Casino and a number of other entities.
She has been certified in leadership training, and has worked extensively with Yale University, the Yale School of Management, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
In 2007, Clarke
supported the arena and entertainment development program effort at Foxwoods.
She has played an active role in organizational development for both Skilled Leader, LLC, and Hollywood Next Holdings, the entertainment venture based in Waterford, CT, which led to the founding of United Atlantic.

to play an integral role coordinating and managing the conception and initiation of United Atlantic
from an operations and management perspective.
As an NCAA academic All-American at Yale
captained an outstanding Varsity Women's Lacrosse team to its second Ivy League title in program history and their first appearance in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.
Since graduation, in addition to the motion picture business, Clarissa
has continued her
focus on emotional intelligence and has been an active participant in a Yale psychology research project pertaining to emotional intelligence.
In 2005, Clarissa founded the Nor'easter Lacrosse Club for young woman throughout Connecticut, which focuses on developing these women into confident, respectful, and responsible leaders through lacrosse.
In addition to her work with Southeastern Connecticut's youth lacrosse programs, Clarissa served for a number of years as an assistant with the Yale Women's Lacrosse program serving as a the offensive coach, recruiting coordinator, and academic mentor.
Clarissa has led the design and implementation of the Mashantucket Pequot Academy's Emotionally Intelligent Leader program, which was required developmental training for all Foxwoods upper level executives; and she is likewise advising the Mashantucket Tribal Membership in the launch of their Career Assessment and Pathing (CAP) program which guides and supports Tribal Members as they pursue diverse careers.
