In 1992, Ms. Olcott was appointed Vice President and Director of Operations & Development and based in Palm Springs, California.In 1994, she returned to the company's corporate office in New Jersey, serving as Senior Vice President while continuing as Director of West Coast Operations.In 1995, she was appointed President and CEO and has directed the operations of the company system-wide from the corporate office in Eatontown, New Jersey.
