I am here to tell that guys at the Texas Water Development Board told us (Chuy, Rod, me, and Tom Brown- the city engineer) when we were in Austin in 2009 to oppose previous avatar of a house/senate bill to do away with section 36.121, that repeal of this section is not beneficial to the citizens of Alpine.
