AD condemns quashing of Kuta, Oyofo panel reports
The National Secretary of the Party, Dr Chudi Nwike who spoke with newsmen in Akure said "it is a disgrace and a shame that in 2002 you are forgiving proven criminals, a person who steals public funds is a criminal and should be tried in the criminal court of law.
"The Senate has no right to forgive somebody who has stolen or embezzled public fund, unless they are saying that the reports are false but if the reports are true it is an embarrassment to the country."

The national chairman also said that the party would feature candidates in all elections beginning with the council to the presidential poll.
Those present at the Abuja convention included Chief Michael Oyerinde, Comrade Paschal Bafyau, Hon. Oladipo Olaitan, Alhaji Rafiu Jafojo, Hon. Oduyoye among others while in Lagos the crowd included the party's National Secretary Dr. Chudi Nwike, Senator Ayo Fasanmi, former party Chairman Amb.
