,s areas of expertise are small business acquisition and merger, financing and operations.Before joining the Coalition, she was owner and CEO of Concord-Renn Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, and treasurer of a related, family-owned business, CMI Inc. of Dayton, Ohio.Her prior experience also included employment with Society Bank (now KeyCorp) as senior vice president, Commercial Banking, working with all segments of commercial clients, including family-owned small businesses, middle-market customers, and large corporate accounts.She
also represented the Bank on the boards of two Small Business Investment Corporations (SBIC,s).Christina,s career began in the economic development arena.
As the staff economist for the City of Dayton Office of Management
was responsible for economic cost-benefit analyses, revenue forecasting and the financial aspects of labor contract negotiations.She then served as assistant director of CityWide Development Corporation, the City,s non-profit economic development financing organization.

established a small business lending program and a venture capital initiative.After joining the Bank, she served on CityWide,s Board of Directors for a number of years, and is currently a member of its Strategic Planning Committee.
Chrsitina has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree in Economics from Wright State University

co-developed the University,s Dayton Area Econometric Forecasting Model.
