has represented management in a variety of state and federal lawsuits, including those involving statutory claims based on Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state and local anti-discrimination statutes.Ms. Feege
also has extensive experience litigating on management's behalf in cases involving breaches of noncompetition agreements, thefts of trade secrets, and violations of the duty of loyalty.
Outside the litigation context, she
also represents employees in wage and hour disputes with the United States Department of Labor
, the New York State Department
of Labor, and private plaintiffs.Ms. Feege
advises and trains employers on how to stop litigation before it starts, with an emphasis on effective employment policies and procedures and sexual harassment/diversity training.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIESMs. Feege is an active member of Littler's Wage and Hour and Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets practice groups.Prior to her arrival at Littler in 1997, Ms. Feege practiced at Thacher Proffitt & Wood in New York City, where she handled employment law cases, as well as commercial litigation and securities matters.Ms. Feege
has also represented financial institutions in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
EDUCATIONMs. Feege graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a B.A. degree in English.Thereafter, she received a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Cornell Law Review.Ms. Feege
is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York and the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, as well as the District of Connecticut.
