Okotoks Dawgs Baseball Club is pleased to announce that it has hired Marcel Dupuis and Christie Abbott to head up the club's operations for its inaugural season.
With the assistance of Christie Abbott
, Marcel will supervise the club's day to day operations, including ticket sales, sponsorships, special events including, company barbeques, facility operations, bookings and concessions.

hails from Albany, New York and is currently a junior with a major in Communications at Niagara University located in Lewiston, NY. . Christie has an excellent resume including experience as a student intern at Joe Bruno Stadium
in Troy, NY, the home of the Tri-City Valley Cats
(a Single A affiliate of the Houston Astros).During the 2005/2006 college season, Christie also served as Communications Manager with the Niagara Purple Eagles baseball club which plays in the NCAA, Division 1, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.Managing Partner Ircandia had this to say regarding the hiring of Christie: "Seaman Stadium will have an interactive scoreboard as well as a first rate public address and sound system.
