C&R Flooring president Chris Zizza is the recipient of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) Community Service Award, an honor given to those who have donated time or materials to individuals, groups, and organizations in need.
and other award recipients were honored at a special awards dinner on Friday, April 18 during the 2014 NWFA Annual Wood Flooring Expo in Nashville, Tenn.
Zizza was selected for his work for Marian High School in Framingham, Mass. After becoming its own entity in 2004 through a change in the governance with the Archdiocese of Boston, Marian High School faced significant budget cuts.
Zizza, a former executive board member for the school, regularly supports the Roman Catholic high school.
