Chris Steffich, director of food and beverage at Stonewall Resort, said "Food and wine lovers are in for a special evening as our culinary team prepares a cornucopia of tapas style gourmet treats to be paired with Spanish wines chosen by an internationally acclaimed sommelier from Madrid.
Seating is limited and last year's event sold out, so make your reservations today.
said the event, which begins at 7 p.m., features a centuries-old Spanish tradition of eating small portions of eclectic foods called "Tapas" accompanied by both red and white wines.
noted that the tradition of Tapas originated in Spain during the 1600s and continues today as a staple of contemporary Spanish cuisine.
also noted that guests will be able to enjoy the just completed renovation of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs as well as live entertainment by a Spanish guitarist.
"We are excited to bring this Taste of the Spanish Coast to you for a repeat performance and invite you to experience this unique culinary event at Stonewall Resort," Steffich
