Chris Scelza has been building computers for over eight years, received high honors in Computer Technology I & II at Hartford Vocational Center, was employed by Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center as a help hesk staff member, and worked on projects there such as the Macintosh to PC migration, and the Y2K bug.Scelza Computers started unofficially in 2000 by Chris as he made house calls doing computer maintainence, repair, and upgrades.
Since then, with the help of other local technicians, Scelza Computers
has turned into a growing business.Networking services were offered, and are still in high demand.Now, with the new line of Mini PC's built 100% in-house, Scelza Computers
aims to relieve people of their inefficient larger desktops.
OperationsChris is currently enrolled at Vermont Technical College for a BS in Computer Engineering.He
will be designing and upgrading computers at night and on the weekends until summer break, when he
will persue it fulltime.Chris
also provide outsourced IT services for local businesses.
