Chris was born in New York City, and moved around the country as he grew up and began running several successful businesses before he began high school.
Chris attended the University of Arizona, and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Business, and a minor in Retail and Consumer studies.

In 2006 Chris
began to eye the Houston real Estate Market, fascinated by the bargain real estate prices along with the slightly more bearable climate.
Over the course of the year has purchased renovated and sold multiple high end properties throughout Houston.
The flying back and forth started to wear on him and he
made the decision to sell off all of his
New York Properties and Move to Houston Officially.
Frustrated by the quality and overall service of the real estate companies in Houston, Chris
opened Habitation Realty
in Heights neighborhood of Houston.
