Drawing on a wealth of corporate and fundraising experience, Chris Jenner has begun to promote Flinders University's expertise and achievements to the business and wider community, as well as to the University's own graduates.
Recently appointed Head of Alumni Relations and Development at Flinders, Ms Jenner was previously Executive Director of Foundation Daw Park for over three years, and prior to that worked in the Adelaide Office of international accounting firm Deloitte in roles that included Director of Business Development and National Director for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Chris JennerA recent winner of the Woman of Distinction Award presented by the Asia-Pacific Business Council and previous finalist of the Telstra Business Woman and Enterprising Business Woman of the Year awards, Chris Jenner has worked with Deloitte over the past eight years to build many productive partnerships, both locally and nationally.
Upon returning to the workforce after raising three children, Chris
continued to be involved with her
children's school and sports committees.During the 80s, she
worked for five high profile firms variously involved with food products, aged care, hospitality, financial advice and manufacturing.As Chris
accepted roles of leadership, her
focus remained in corporate affairs and marketing.

The career of Chris Jenner is testament to what can be achieved when a mother returns to the workforce.In 1982 after 12 years of home duties, Chris commenced work again as PA to the State Manager of Campbell's Soup, Chris's light has shone as her career has advanced.Through the aged care, hospitality and accounting sectors, Chris moved from administration to marketing.In 1996, Chris joined Deloittes from where her star has shone the brightest.Her
business and parental responsibilities were balanced as Chris
juggled numerous school and personal commitments with commitments to business.School councils
, baseball and swimming teams were juxtaposed with business boards and mentoring.Chris's interest in developing and mentoring women began to take shape when she joined Deloittes.
With this interest came even greater responsibilities that kept Chris
involved in philanthropic, sporting, artistic, theatrical and business roles.In conjunction with her role as Business Development Director at Deloittes, Chris also holds the national position of Director, Corporate Social Responsibility.
In this role, Chris
must research international trends in CSR and direct them in an Australian context.Chris
has always been a keen supporter of the Asia-Pacific Business Council for Women
and is acknowledged as a Woman of Distinction for her
dedication and contribution to the development of women in business.
