Chris joined McMaster University as the Director of Nuclear Operations and Facilities in June 2001. As the Director of Nuclear Operations, Chris is responsibility for the safe and effective operation of University operated Nuclear Facilities. Prior to coming to the University Chris spent 14 years at AECL's Chalk River National Laboratory working at the 135 MW National Research Universal (NRU) research reactor. During his tenure with AECL, Chris held various operations roles at the reactor including Engineering Manager, Technical Section Head and Senior Reactor Shift Engineer.
