Chris graduated from Louisiana State University in 1990 with a degree in Electrical Engineering (minor: Mathematics).
immediately took a position with a large consulting firm where he
obtained extensive experience in managing various technically oriented projects.
While biding his
time (4 years) necessary to sit for the Professional Engineers Examination he
embarked on taking the necessary coursework required to sit for the CPA exam.
completed both the Professional Engineers examination and subsequently obtained his
has extensive project management experience involving high tech projects for companies which include Mobil Oil, Chevron, LOOP, Murphy Oil, Shell Oil and Entergy.
Since 1995 he
has been involved in automation projects and since 1999 he
has been engaged primarily in Accounting and ERP Software implementations.
The ERP Software industry has allowed Chris
to couple his
High Tech Side ( Electrical Engineering ) with his
Accounting expertise enabling him to provide a superior product to his
The project management skills which he
learned in the engineering profession have served Chris
well in the implementation of ERP Software which by its nature is a complex process needing proven project methodology to reduce risk and improve client satisfaction.
Chris' wide ranging experience includes Accounting Software, Computer Hardware, LAN & WAN Networks, Internet Technologies, and databases.
has been working with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product since 1999 when it was still called Navision.
and his father Henry E. Carrigee, Jr., CPA formed Advanced Business Systems, LLC
to represent Navision at that time.
The original office is in New Orleans with additional offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Austin, Texas where Chris
moved in 2008 following the landfall of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
Chris has served previously on the Louisiana CPA Society Technology Committee and has submitted technology related articles for publication in Lagniappe, the monthly publication of the state society.

While not working Chris
likes to spend time in the outdoors with his
wife Mary and four children.
He has served previously as Scoutmaster and in various roles as a volunteer in his church.
