The information in this report that relates to Exploration Results is based on information compiled by Dr Chris Bowden, who is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.Dr Bowden is a full-time employee of ASCOM Precious Metals as Exploration Manager.
Dr Bowden has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralization and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the 'Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves'.

To support the growth of APM, Dr Chris Bowden is the Exploration Manager and manages the exploration programs in Ethiopia and Sudan.Dr Bowden, an Australian national resides in Ethiopia with his team of geologists whom have good local knowledge of the regional geology.
Previously Dr Bowden worked for Auzex Resources and Ivanhoe Mines in Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea and Mongolia.Dr Bowden has a broad range of experience and success exploring for precious and base metals in remote locations around the world.
Dr Bowden is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and is considered a "Competent Person" as defined by JORC
Dr Chris (Christopher) BowdenExploration ManagerDr Bowden has close to 20 years of experience, focused on discovering and delivering JORC/NI 43-101 compliant mineral resources.
His technical background spans greenfields to brownfields exploration, economic resource discovery and delineation, feasibility and mining, in conjunction with significant management and corporate experience.
Prior to joining Asiatic, Chris worked for a private African company as resident Exploration & General Manager in Ethiopia, exploring across multiple countries in north and east Africa.
This resulted in developing a portfolio of targets, including the maiden discovery and delineation of the first 2Moz of the Dish Mountain gold deposit in Ethiopia (SRK verified, JORC compliant).
Prior to this, Chris has also worked in Australia, New Zealand, China, and Mongolia with Auzex Resources, Ivanhoe Mines, and Mt Leyshon Gold Mines in various roles on a number of deposit styles, responsible for project development, discoveries, feasibility studies, and mining.
Chris also completed his PhD on Ivanhoe Mines epithermal assets in South Korea (now in production).In addition to a PhD in geology, Chris is undertaking postgraduate studies in mineral and energy finance and economics, and is a Fellow and Chartered Professional of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM(CP)), and Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (FSEG).

Dr Chris Bowden, Senior Geologist - Special ProjectsChris has over 8 years experience working in the industry from exploration to advanced projects and mine geology.Prior to Auzex Resources Limited, Chris has worked in China and Mongolia as a Senior Exploration/Project Geologist.
In China, he was involved in initial diamond drilling programs on a number of gold-silver-copper epithermal systems with several technical successes.
In Mongolia, his key focus was regional exploration targeting porphyry-skarn-epithermal style gold-copper systems.
Prior to his time in Asia, Chris worked as a Mine Geologist at both the Kidston and Mt Leyshon gold mines in North Queensland, and has also been exposed to porphyry copper-gold systems in South America.With regard to academic qualifications, Chris has completed a Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in economic geology and chemistry.He was awarded an Honours degree for a project on the West Angelas goethite iron ore deposits in the Hammersley Province of Western Australia and also has a Ph.D. in economic geology on South Korean epithermal systems from James Cook University.Chris is a member of the Australian Institute of Geologists and currently works for Auzex Resources Limited with his key focus being project assessment and development.
