contributed to Forrester's thought leadership on Social Computing, including the reports "How Consumers Use Social Computing For Health" and "The ROI Of Blogging."Chloe also led development of Forrester's automotive Consumer Technographics surveys for three years, producing in-depth studies of car-buying behavior such as "Engaging Engine Enthusiasts" and "Who Wants High-Tech Cars?"Prior to joining Forrester, Chloe developed Web prototypes and marketing strategies for an Idealab NY startup, ran the press office at P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center in New York City, and conducted field interviews for the Survey Research Center at the University of Michigan.
