..."It is the first time the public will have access to information such as this and will increase awareness that domestic violence does occur in Whatcom County," said Cheri Kilty, executive director of Womencare Shelter and Domestic Violence Services.
"Whatcom County had a significant enough problem to form the commission in the first place," Kilty
said."We view any domestic violence as too much domestic violence, and it is always a big problem."
