A graduate of The Ohio State University and Texas A&M University, Ribardo has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of welding engineering, materials research, manufacturing and management, and brings extensive expertise and education in the areas of welding processes, design, metallurgy, and nondestructive evaluation to the board. "In the several years that I have been involved with Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the students, former students, and dedicated staff and instructors.
