Charlie Kozak is the executive vice president, chief financial officer for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), and is responsible for managing the company's financial functions.

has been with the ASRC family of companies since 2009, most recently as the vice president of finance.

Prior to joining ASRC, Kozak worked as a senior manager at a large multi-national accounting firm where he gained valuable skills in technical GAAP analysis, auditing, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
has extensive expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, financing and forecasting, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
He earned a BBA in Accounting, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where he served as an adjunct professor.
He is a certified public accountant in the State of Alaska.
Kozak is a long-standing board member of Special Olympics Alaska, having previously served as chairman and is currently a member of the executive committee.
In recognition of his

received the KPMG Chairman's Award for volunteerism.
Kozak was born and raised in Kodiak, Alaska.
