Charles G. Warner earned an A.B. from Stanford University and LL.B. from Boalt Hall, University of California at Berkeley.
Mr. Warner is considered an outstanding trial attorney whose expertise and vast experience has won millions of dollars for his clients. His clients have included individuals, corporations and professionals who all find his efficient and innovative style practical and highly effective. He has tried more than one hundred jury trials in state and federal courts in various counties, states and jurisdictions. His extensive trial experience gives him valuable insight when representing his clients.
Mr. Warner currently focuses on plaintiff's serious personal injury, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, business and insurance litigation and complex civil litigation cases. Mr. Warner's reputation is so esteemed that his peers often refer their clients to him for their litigation needs.
He is a proud member, with the rank of Advocate, of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization whose purpose is to promote ethics, civility and professionalism.

He has served as a Special Master for the Monterey and San Francisco Superior Courts.
Mr. Warner has been active in legal education serving on the faculty the Hastings College of Trial Advocacy and was honored in 2007 when Stanford Law School requested that he teach at their Advocacy Skills Workshop, which he continues annually when his law practice schedule permits. He also teaches at the Monterey College of Law in addition to sitting on the Board of the Law School. He is a frequent lecturer to legal groups on civility and ethics in the legal profession.
Mr. Warner's uncompromising standards and dedication to excellence is well respected by the judiciary, and when needed, sits as judge pro tem for the Superior Court of Monterey County.
Mr. Warner began as a public defender in San Francisco before starting his civil trial practice defending medical malpractice lawsuits while at Hassard, Bonnington, Rogers and Huber in San Francisco. In one year alone, he tried thirteen malpractice cases to verdict and has had the privilege of arguing before the California Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Warner began his career with the San Francisco public defenders' office in 1967 and became principal trial attorney in 1969. In 1970 he began his civil trial practice defending medical malpractice lawsuits at Hassard, Bonnington, Rogers & Huber. He was elected partner in 1973.
In 1979 Mr. Warner relocated to the Monterey Peninsula where he limits his referral based trial practice to civil litigation and complex civil litigation matters. Areas of practice include business litigation, professional liability claims, general personal injury, insurance litigation including-insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, and products liability claims.
Mr. Warner has been lead counsel in a number of complex civil litigation actions and has tried over 100 cases. Mr. Warner has also conducted over one thousand private mediations and arbitrations, serves as a special master, discovery referee and judge pro tem for the Superior Court of Monterey County.
