Artist: Charlie Thompson Biography: With a pencil in hand, Charlie is always doodling, thoughts, ideas, passing people or images. Charlie is inspired by everything...his strong understanding of the human form, drives the unique characteristics of the individual person each detail is noticed and recorded and with each pencil stroke he maps out the person's likeness to the finest detail. Charlie often puts a paintbrush in hand and lets the paint move onto the canvas or onto anything with a flat surface. Charlie's artistic ability has been enhanced by his education from Kendall School in Michigan, to the San Francisco arts schools in California. Charlie say's he is always learning, from new techniques to his practical efforts with new and old mediums, growth happens sketch, paint, get inspired.

Two days later, on July 4th, the early draft of the Declaration of Independence was signed, initially by only two individuals: John Hancock, president of Congress, and Charles Thompson, secretary of Congress, and later by a total of 56 men.
