A respected member of the Environmental community, he
is often called upon to provide expert witness testimony and litigation support. Mr. Sprague
has had over fifteen years experience conducting and managing Phase I, Phase II and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments and remedial actions on residential, commercial, institutional, military, and industrial sites in ten states.These sites were impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, pesticides, inorganic chemicals, and heavy metals.He
has also specialized in the assessment of dry cleaning facilities during the past ten years. While working at LAW, Mr. Sprague managed the environmental portion of the City of Dallas' Phase III Underground Storage Tank (UST) Project.He later went on to manage environmental projects for Dallas County's UST Facilities. Mr. Sprague's
key projects include:
Oversight of extended field operations for the site assessment of a dry cleaning facility in Houston, Texas, in support of ongoing litigation expert witness testimony. Participation in the Shuttle Columbia Recovery Effort - Mr. Sprague was a Team Leader within the EPA START response team and was responsible for coordinating three search teams with NASA, EPA and BLM personnel, hazard recognition, documentation of Shuttle parts' locations and conditions, and the transportation of these parts to a NASA central collection facility.
