The Director General of the Liberia Broadcasting System, Charles Snetter, has denied allegations of biased reportage by the state- owned broadcasting entity ELBC.
However, during the hearing the Liberia Broadcasting System's Director General, Charles Snetter, said the entity has been doing extremely wellÂ in providingÂ Â unbiased coverage to all Liberians irrespective of status and that the state-owned and run broadcast house will avoid political, religious or personal feelings during its radio and TV broadcast time.

appeared before the senate Broadcast, TourismÂ and Information committee to answer to allegations of biased reportage by LBS, denied the allegations by Senator Jah and attributed the instance cited by the Senator to a technical fault.
â€œWhen we are recording our camera does not recognize anyone as opposition lawmakers," Snetter
also cited the recent Town Hall Meeting hosted by Senator Jah with Margibi County Citizens, which was widely aired on LBS
â€œIf we are to provide more coverage to this honorable house, the Government needs to increase financial support to our management to enable us to procure needed state-of-the-art equipment and logistics, especially the procurement of OB facilities for radio and TV," Snetter
