Dr. Posternackâ€™s professional career spans 30 years and began with an almost decade long academic career at McGill University
Since 1993, Dr. Posternack has held senior medical leadership positions in south Florida with the Cleveland Clinic Florida where he served as the Founder and Director of the Internal Medicine residency program, Chief of Medicine and Director of Clinical Operations, and Chairman of Medicine and Director of Clinical Operations.
During his tenure with the Cleveland Clinic Florida, Dr. Posternack served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the Ohio State University.
After his tenure at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Posternack held the position of Chief Medical Officer at John F. Kennedy Medical Center where he also served as the Founding Program Director of the Internal Medicine residency program, and held an appointment as a Clinical Affiliate Associate Professor of Biomedical Sciences with Florida Atlantic University, and an Affiliate Associate Professor of Medicine with the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine.
In 2011, Dr. Posternack joined Boca Raton Regional Hospital as its Chief Medical Officer.
Additionally, he was named an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and an Affiliate Professor of Clinical Biomedical Science at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University.

Dr. Posternack attended McGill University in Montreal where he attained his bachelor of science in immunology and medical degrees.
