Charles Ohayon International sales Charles Ohayon has worked in the television, advertising and film industries since 1979. While at Films 24, he produced a number of advertisements that won awards, including a Silver Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival and a Clio Award in New York. In 1986, he became president of the subsidiary Cléo 24, created to work across all genres of production, and took charge of business development. From 1994 to 1998, he was Director General of Programming (television) at Société Radio-Canada, where he was responsible for drama, culture, variety, youth and sports content, as well as acquisitions and external productions. From 1999 to 2004, he was President-Director General and shareholder of Exotik Tours, a travel wholesaler, where he was in charge of business development and the overall management of the company. Since 2004, he has provided consulting services in film and television production, as well as in the development and financing of new projects, in addition to handling distribution and sales at Productions Casablanca. He was President of the Association des producteurs de films et de télévision du Québec (APFTQ), sat on the board of directors of the Canadian Television Fund, was the chair of the Quebec board of directors of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television from 2006 to 2012 and is still president of the board of directors of the Independent Production Fund.

President Charles Ohayon has worked in television, advertising and film since 1979. He produced commercials at Films 24 and feature films and TV series at Cléo 24 where he was President. From 1994 to 1998 he was the Director General of Programming (Television) for the Société Radio-Canada. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the APFTQ and the CTF as well as the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television. In 2005, he took a one year mandate as General Manager to reorganize the operations of l'Institut national de l'image et du son. He was President of the board of directors of the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television- Quebec section from 2006 to December 2012. He also acts as a consultant in the industry since 2006.
