Dr. Lickson was a Founding Member and Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia where he teaches courses on conflict resolution, political science and ethics.
He is a Senior Consultant at the Conflict Management Consortium, Inc.
