Chuck KinCannon

Chuck KinCannon brings over 20 years of experience as a domestic and international Attorney; consulting and advising individuals and business owners. His diverse multi-cultural and international experiences allow him to provide a unique perspective as an Attorney and Wealth Consultant certified by The Heritage Institute. With this grounding in the Heritage process, coupled with his expertise in the areas of estate and charitable planning, business planning, pension planning and asset protection planning, he is prepared to empower his clients to protect what matters most to them: the assets they have worked hard to accumulate, the values and significance making their success possible, and the ability to help them transfer both to the people and organizations they care about most. On the personal side, Chuck was raised in a military family where he frequently traveled. While traveling domestically and abroad, he learned many outdoor skills, which he still uses today. From hiking in the Andes to diving in Belize, his love for adventure, nature travel, animals and different cultures inspires him.

Our Process

www.estateplangeorgia.com [cached]

At the Law Offices of Charles P. KinCannon, we approach each client as a unique person and situation. We believe that a great plan must reflect the unique goals of the client. Our process reflects this in a highly individualized relationship with each client. We help our clients discover what is important to them for their reasons, and design a plan that will accomplish their goals. Unlike most firms, most of the process is handled with individual meetings with Charles P. KinCannon and not a staff member. Our basic estate planning process involves the following:

Step 1: Potential client has a phone consultation with Attorney Charles P. KinCannon. If appropriate, an initial meeting is scheduled.
Step 2: Potential Client completes Estate Planning Questionnaire and returns it to Charles P. KinCannon
Step 3: Potential Client meets with Charles P. KinCannon to discuss goals and objectives, analysis of personal situation, general estate planning strategies and fees for designing and implementing a plan. If Potential Client retains Charles P. KinCannon, a fee agreement is executed outlining services and fees. This may be signed at the initial meeting, or it may need to be customized for the specific client. A design meeting is scheduled.
Step 4: Client attends a 2 to 3 hour design meeting with Charles P. KinCannon where a customized estate and/or asset protection plan is designed.
Step 5: Client attends an execution meeting with Charles P. KinCannon to review and execute the plan as well as outline and begin title transfers.
Step 6: Client attends an estate review with Charles P. KinCannon as needed.
