He is the founder of Cybersettle Holdings, Inc., and its predecessor Cybersettle, Inc.
Charlie is the co-inventor of the online double blind bid method and system, which has been patented in 23 countries throughout the world including the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
is credited as being the first pioneer in the area of automated online dispute resolution which is now accepted worldwide as a method of settling claims and disputes.
Charlie is also the inventor of various additional patented business methods and systems which compliment the blind-bid process including the automatic notification process via email and the automatic funds transfer system.
Charlie is a 1981 graduate of Fordham Law School.
He has been an admitted attorney since 1982 and served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, New York through August 1986 and then as a private trial attorney through 1996.
In 1996 Charlie co-founded Cybersettle, Inc., and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 through August 2008.
He served as Chairman of the Board from July 2008 to December 2009.
