Speaking at a business meeting, Fernandez said that 150 Mexican suppliers, selected for the quality and competitiveness of their products, can have direct contact with Wal-Mart store buyers in Germany, Canada, China, South Korea, Britain, Argentina, Brazil, the United States and Puerto Rico.
Currently, Wal-Mart operates 261 retail stores, 46 Sam's Club stores, 64 supercenters, 107 Aurrera stores, 44 Superama stores, 51 Suburbia province stores and 243 Vips restaurants in Mexico.
