is pleased to announce the return of Catherine Mathews Graf
to its Litigation Department.Graf, who worked at Wildman Harrold from 2000 to 2003, returns to the firm as "of counsel" after serving as Senior Counsel with Orbitz, LLC. "We are thrilled to have Cathy back with us," said Craig White, Chairman of Wildman Harrold's Litigation Department.
regularly counseled management in the areas of commercial litigation, contract, intellectual property, fraud, employment, internet, privacy, licensing, securities, regulatory, and antitrust related matters.As a member of Wildman Harrold's Litigation Department, Graf will continue to represent clients in various types of commercial litigation, including contract, fraud, real estate, professional liability, product liability, internet and securities matters. Graf
also provides representation of clients in intellectual property litigation, including claims of infringement, dilution, and unfair competition; representation of clients in arbitration, mediation, and trial; and representation of clients in internet related matters. Graf earned a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1995.She received her undergraduate degree (B.A. Journalism, minor Political Science) from Michigan State University in 1991. Graf is a member of several professional organizations including the Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association Corporate Counsel Committee and Women's Bar Association of Illinois.Graf also served on the Associate Board of the Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services ("CARPLS"), for which she served as both president and vice-president. She
is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and registered to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Michigan.
