Mr. Carter Luke
CEO/Executive Director CEO Term Start Carter Luke has been with the MSPCA-Angell since 1985, and previously served as Executive Vice President of the MSPCA. He now oversees all aspects of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Angell Animal Medical Center network. Luke has been involved in the animal protection field since 1977, working for three humane organizations in Wisconsin and Massachusetts. For the past 15 years, he has been extensively involved in research in areas such as companion animal population dynamics, free roaming cats, cruelty and violence toward animals, and animal hoarding.
