H.E. Mr. Yang Youming, Chinese Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago met with the Honourable Carolyn Seepersad-Bachan, Minister of Energy on Jul. 30, 2010.
Ambassador Yang congratulated the Minister for her new appointment and Minister Seepersad-Bachan thanked the Ambassador for his congratulations.
