Prior to On Assignment, Ms. McNamara joined Ross Stores, Inc. in 1996 as their West Coast Regional Recruiter responsible for the management staffing of 230 off-price retail stores in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, and Oregon.
As the Corporate Staffing Manager at Ross Stores, she was responsible for management placements for the East and West Coast Distribution Centers, and the Transportation, Human Resources, Real Estate, Finance, and Payroll departments.
Ms. McNamara began her career as an executive recruiter with Douglas Associates in 1992 and specialized in permanent placement of retail executives throughout the United States.
